The mission of Austin Ki Aikido Center is to explore all aspects of the martial art of Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido, through Aikido classes, Ki development classes, and special events, for adults and teens. Our small group learning environment enables individualized attention for all levels of students.
The practice of Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido offers a path for long term self-development and cultivates harmonious action and oneness of mind and body, both in the context of physical conflict, and in daily life.
